"We have been with State Farm in NC for 25+ years. When we moved to Arkansas and started shopping for insurance we definitely experienced sticker shock. After following up on a number of "tips", we ended up staying with Alicia Moore State Farm in Bella Vista. Their prices were lower than any of the other half-dozen companies that gave us bids. We have continued to receive great service. Martha even called recently to let us know that our auto insurance was dropping $10/month. I cannot recommend them enough."

"I am so pleased with State Farm Insurance! I've had a hail damage claim on my Chevy truck in the past and currently a broken windshield claim on my BMW car. These are no fault claims of course. Both claims were handled in a very professional manner as well as being handled quickly and graciously without any fighting to get them to perform. I've had battles over legitimate claims with other insurance companies over the years I've been insured with in the past as I'm 80 years old. From hail damage to a roof and wind damage to my house. With the hail damage claim I had to hire an attorney to force the insurance company to live up to their legal obligation concerning the coverage my homeowners policy states regarding roof damage from hail and wind. It took over 3 months to have them live up to the policy I purchased from them. At that point they were also ordered to pay my legal fees. Things like that do not happen with State Farm. I can't say enough about how well these claims were handled. They don't make you feel bad by turning in a claim and they are so pleased to take care of your claim and satisfy you! You can trust this company to make things right without a hassle. My current agent has also been very good to work with as well. Respectfully, A very happy State Farm policy holder."
