I hold a B.A. in Health and Psychology from Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska, and I recently earned my licenses in Life, Accident, Health & Sickness, Auto, and Home Insurance here in Arkansas. I’m excited to bring my passion for helping others and my attention to detail to every interaction with our customers.
Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, live theater and music, and diving into a good sci-fi or mystery book, show, or movie. I also love playing cards, spending time out back with my family, friends, and fur babies, and expressing my creativity through baking, trying new recipes, crafting, and decorating my home—especially for every season and holiday throughout the year.

My name is Zach Hoffman, and I joined the agency in August 2026 as part of the Acquisition team. I am a proud graduate of Staley High School in Kansas City, Missouri, and I focus on helping customers with Auto, Home, and Life Insurance. I enjoy getting to know our customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find coverage that works for them and their families.
Outside of the office, I am a husband and proud father of five kids—all six and under—so life is always busy and full of adventure! You can usually find me building something with Legos, playing baseball or football with the kids in the backyard, or spending time together as a family. When I get a little downtime, I enjoy watching sports—Go Chiefs and Royals!—catching up on the latest “trash TV” with my wife, or playing RPG-style video games.
Giving back is also important to me. I enjoy staying active in my community by volunteering my time to teach, encourage, and build others up through God’s Word. I am excited to be part of the agency and look forward to building relationships and helping our customers protect what matters most.

Outside of the office, Brylee works full-time as a waitress at Geraldi's in Shell Knob, MO, and enjoys competing in barrel racing with her horses.
